Howdy, everyone! I was actually going to have this published much earlier today, but everytime I loaded my Friday Night Greetings onto YouTube a lag would show up between the video and the audio that made it virtually watchable. So I moved it here to our desktop computer to see if uploading it through Pinnacle as a middleman would make a difference and, indeed, it seems to have done so. Yay!
(I’m sure you found that tale of technology fascinating, no?)
In the video you may notice that I refer to a link to info about the LCG Music Weekend, yet — depending on when you view this video — those links may not be up yet. But they are coming!
Have a wonderful Sabbath! The Friday Night Video is (finally) below.
Howdy, everyone! Wow — it feels GREAT to be back! We had a wonderful trip, but it is nice to be back surrounded by your own walls and sitting in the middle of your own messy office.
I’ll leave the rest to the Friday Night Greetings video, below. Have a wonderful Sabbath, and I am greatly looking forward to seeing everyone this month as we make our rounds!
Hey! Not 100% certain this will work, but it’s worth a shot! Please see below for tonight’s very late and somewhat experimental Friday Night Greetings video…
Howdy, everyone! My sincere apologies that I have not had a new update OR new Friday Night Video up — and tonight will be no exception in the video department!
I brought my webcam to Charlotte with full intention of making a FNG video this week and totally forgot that there is no Internet access here at the Church’s guest condo. (I am able to update this website thanks to my nifty iPhone, but posting video to YouTube is another matter…)
These past two days in Charlotte have been full to the brim, but both of my scripts are still only in their first trimester, so your prayers are, as ever, heartily encouraged! I have the sermonette tomorrow here for services, which will start at 2:00 Charlotte time, which means 1:00 Missouri time. So, Mr. Davis and Mr. Kleindienst, while y’all are up there giving your sermonettes in Rolla and Columbia, respectively, I’ll be up giving a sermonette, too, at the same time!
There’s more I could say about the trip so far, but I will save it for your Sabbath announcements tomorrow (which announcement folks should already have a copy of). Suffice it to say that we love you, and that though our divided Texas/Charlotte trip is going wonderfully well, we are also looking forward to planting our feet back in Missouri soil once again!
